Open Studio Pass

This pass is perfect for someone looking to create 2-4 projects and experience a self-guided clay practice, or for someone interested in joining the open-studio membership long-term.

Hours:

Mondays 4pm - 8pm

Wednesday 10am - 8pm

Saturday 9am - 2pm

Includes:

Up to nine hours of studio time in the hand-building studio with an abundance of hand-building tools. Hours must be used within three months.

Communal shelf space.

Education:

Open studio is primarily self-guided, but my studio tech or I will be around during open studio time to answer questions and help show you around.

You will have access to an in-person demo. The topics will vary monthly and are designed to deepen understanding of the craft as a whole. It be a glazing technique, learning to pour plaster, make stamps, or even how to schedule a kiln firing.

Materials and Firing

You will receive 10 LB of clay at the start of your membership and can access more as needed.

Underglazes are available for adding painted details to your pots, but we will glaze your work for you. Ceramic projects generally take 4-6 weeks from beginning to end.

Firing costs is $15 per project. All materials (clay, glaze, underglaze, utilities, and labor) are bundled with the price of firing.
