Acknowledgement
Please note that these products are made by hand. This means that they will bare marks of the process and that the size, shape and glaze finish varies slightly from batch to batch.
Care
All wares are food safe, dishwasher safe and mircowave able. Hand washing is recommended; dishwasher temperatures can be shocking to the clay body and over time, make it more prone to chipping.
Shipping
All domestic (ready made) orders are shipped within 3 days via USPS. We will provide you with a tracking number once it has been shipped.

Local Pick
If you are local to St. Louis, MO we encourage you to pick up your order. Orders will be available for pick up at East • West within 3 days.

Returns
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis.
Damaged Pieces during Shipment
Please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace or refund your piece. Please include photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging.
