Acknowledgement
Please note that these products are made by hand. This means that they will bare marks of the process and that the size, shape and glaze finish varies slightly from batch to batch.
Care
All wares are food safe, dishwasher safe and mircowave able. Hand washing is recommended; dishwasher temperatures can be shocking to the clay body and over time, make it more prone to chipping.
Shipping
All domestic (ready-made) orders are shipped within 3 days via USPS Priority or Ground. We will send you a tracking number once it has been shipped.
For made-to-order pieces, please see product pages for lead times or reach out to bodaclay@gmail.com.

Local Pick-Up
If you are local to St. Louis, MO, local pick-up is available. You will receive an email when your order is ready. Studio hours can be found via Google.
Please note that the Studio is currently on Holiday Break.
Returns
Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Contact bodaclay@gmail.com.
Damaged Pieces during Shipment
Contact bodaclay@gmail.com immediately and we will be happy to replace or refund your piece. Please include photos of the damaged items as well as the packaging.
WORKSHOP FAQ
Cancellation Policy
No direct refunds are available. If something comes up, you can request credit for a future class up to 7 days before the start of your workshop. If you are unable to attend, you can gift your ticket to a friend or family member.
If you need to reschedule, please email me at bodaclay@gmail.com, and I can assist you from there. I appreciate your understanding.
Weather Policy For Off-Site Classes
In the event of extreme weather, this workshop will take place indoors at my studio.
Glaze and Firing Service
Ceramics is an unpredictable craft. I do my best to set students up for success, but in the unlikely event your project does not make it through its firing, we will refund your fee.
