Ceramic Christmas Ornaments

$50

This class is a fun opportunity to get into the holiday season, without any prep!

Use our template or create your own shapes. Add texture, coils, or paint to bring your ornaments to life. <3

This workshop includes firing for two ornaments. You are welcome to keep making— firing is an additional $10 per ornament. They will be ready for pick up by Sunday, December 14th.

Glaze Resist Planters with Flowers and Weeds

$65 for a 4’ Planter or $85 for a 6” Planter

In this workshop, you will glaze wheel-thrown planters and saucers made by Boda Clay. We will use resist methods to create a design!

You will learn skills you can build upon and make space for exploration and play.

Your project includes glaze and firing service. It will be ready for pick-up in about 4 weeks. At this time, you can also select a plant from Flower & Weeds, which is also included!

Slab Building with Boda Clay

This class focused specifically on the slab building process.

Use our template or create your own shapes. Add texture, coils, or paint to bring your projects to life. You will learn skills you can build upon and make space for exploration and play.

The item you create is up to you! Explore our Pinterest Boards to find exploration or be inspired in the moment.

Glaze and firing service for your projects is $15. They will be firing and ready for pick up in 4-6 weeks.

 Six-Week Hand-Building Class

This syllabus explores several hand-building methods and how these techniques work together. 

Projects are largely determined by the students interest. Over several weeks, you will have time and inspiration to plan and build projects, and you will have the opportunity to decorate and/or glaze your own projects. This class is designed for both beginners and intermediates. 

When: 

Sundays from 1-4 pm

November 1- December 7, 2025

Glaze and firing services are an additional $15 per project. Estimated cost $75 for the session.

Refreshments: Mugs, tea, honey, light snacks, and bottle openers are provided. Feel free to BYOB.

Additional Open Studio Hours: This course includes open studio time, to be utlized as soon as you feel comfortable. No scheduling required. Hours are subject to change.

Mondays 4 - 8pm

Wednesdays 10am - 8pm

Saturdays 10am - 2pm

Private and duet wheel coaching sessions with studio tech, Carolyn Simson.

Coaching sessions are two hours long and include materials, tools, glaze, and firing for three pieces. To make the most of our time, we do not ask you to clean up.

These sessions are designed for

A) As an introduction to the wheel and a fun experience.

B) For intermediate potters to learn a new skill, get some feedback to improve.
