After adding to the cart, there is a form where you can select your glaze preferences & include your contact information.

For multiple items glazed the same way: Add X to cart and fill out one firing form.

For multiple items glazed different colors: Please add to cart one at a time and fill out separate firing forms.

Your creation will be glazed and fired in approximately 4-6 weeks. I will send a pick-up or shipping notification once it is ready!
